F.I.R.S.T Response training is an 8 hour course specifically designed for nightclub, bar, festival, concert security personnel. This course gives your security  employees tactics and techniques to communicate effectively with patrons, assess potential problems, interact with disruptive or unruly individuals and as a last resort employ hands on techniques to redirect and remove potentially dangerous persons from the event or establishment.

Pepper Spray, Mace, OC Training Course

Learn the proper times and techniques to deploy this self-defense tool. Learn from instructors who are certified and have actually used this tool during dangerous and violent situations and encounters.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        We also cover laws that pertain to using pepper spray and can also qualify you for your Massachusetts FID card to purchase and carry pepper spray. This course is 4 hours in length and is a must if you are considering carrying any type of OC on your person for the lawful self defense of  yourself or others.

Violence 101 

Believe it or not, knowledge and preparation can prevent most violent encounters.  This is a very low impact seminar, where we discuss violence dynamics.  We will develop mental strategies for dealing with and preventing violent encounters.

Self Defense Fundamentals: The Basics

This class is geared towards giving students a foundation for self-defense.  We will discuss self-defense theory, what is the goal and how to achieve it.  We will breakdown angles, striking and some basic takedowns that can be performed by people of different sizes and shapes.

Self Defense Fundamentals: Ground Fighting 

Most encounters end up on the ground, it is imperative that you know how to be comfortable there.  In this class we will cover ground fighting basics:  how to fall, how to move and how to get up.  We will cover defending yourself on the ground and how to go on the offensive.
